Free Webinars – Stress Management and Confidence Building for Social Enterprises and their Staff in Devon and Somerset

20th August and 3rd September

Members from the Social Enterprises community in Somerset and Devon are being invited to attend two free online webinars on 20th August and 3rd September, providing practical advice to help manage stress when times are tough.

The Covid-19 pandemic has put an immense pressure on social enterprises, many of whom have been at the forefront of helping to support some of the most vulnerable people in our communities. Both stress management webinars will be led by Ruth James. Ruth’s area of expertise is understanding and managing people so she will be sharing some practical insights and tools to help social entrepreneurs improve their own and their staff’s well-being.

Ruth says:
“I know how tough it is for many social entrepreneurs, many of you are juggling competing priorities which is why I am delighted to be running two webinars to help you manage your busy day-to-day lives.

The first session will focus on stress management to help you better manage your boundaries as well as your staff’s emotions for a calmer workplace.
Self-confidence and resilience are closely related and many of us would like to be more confident, so in the second session I will share some practical ideas on how to build our own and other people’s confidence.”

Both webinars are free of charge, but registration is essential. Places are limited and early booking is advised.
